We're vegetarian and ate a good bit at panera. They have a good black beam soup and some good veggie sandwiches. Also I think we ate some Chinese when there, but don't remember the name. If you're not gluten free, you could do some pasta with a simple marana sauce too. Enjoy the beach!

You may want to look at Malia's Cafe at 18th and the Boardwalk. I haven't been there but I know they are known for their vegetarian options. Perhaps they have vegan options as well.

Happy cow is a weBsite that lists veggie restaurants. Check them out for the trip (and in general)

There is a small place called Briana's Bananas Cafe in a strip on the bayside of 118th St, across from the Carousel hotel. They have some vegan options.

Also, there is a Greene Turtle near there, and their menu, including allergen info, is online.

As long as they are broiled, crab cakes are usually safe when avoiding dairy. Just ask at a restaurant to make sure how they are prepared.

I'm nursing and have a ton of dietary restrictions right now so Im basically vegan (egg is ok but it's harder to explain so I just say vegan). We are taking our first vacation (yay!) post baby to Ocean city tomorrow. Any ideas of where I'll be able to eat stuff? I'm already sad that Fisher's popcorn, dough roller pizza will be off limits. Any one have any recommendations? Tia!
