Just for the record, I think many of our users are way more sensitive to discussions involving child nudity then I am. I am always a bit bewildered by the extreme amount of concern any such discussions appear to generate. But, because of the reaction, I'm assuming that I am the odd ball here and trying to support user feelings in these cases.
Also, just to make clear, this post was not the only report I received so I am not addressing my remarks to the OP.
Jeff, I appreciate your removing them. I reported the family changing room post. You know what, I wouldn't just report any and every post containing nudity and children. What makes my radar go off in many of these cases is the unnecessary and gratuitous descriptions. In one of the "potential molestation" threads, I reported because there was too much detail given about how the molestation supposedly took place that didn't match the language a parent would use if truly upset about this. It wasn't at all necessary to the thread. In this case, the details about the girl's body (description of her body) was out of place. As was the hint that OP was staring at it. Also use of the word "on display." I have called out sock puppeting on many threads where Jeff was like "nah, don't think so" so of course i may be mistaken here, but I don't think so. Those posts always seem to be fishing for something, or pushing for a reaction in a way that seems obvious to me. What bothers me is then victims of abuse (or other fakers?) come out with more descriptions. I have definitely NOT reported some of those threads because I think you have to give the benefit of the doubt, to some degree, that a poster may need help, but I do try to put people on notice to not overshare, since it could be a troll. However, in this case, it just seemed really unnecessary all around.
