I was hoping that Mosby Woods' PTA would have such a list, but they said at the orientation the lists with contact info will ready by mid-September, so not much help there...

At our school the PTA sets these up. Perhaps you want to be the contact person and set up some dates for the rising kindergarteners over the summer. The school should have a list of children already registered for kindergarten to send notifications out.
