OP here. I saw a jar in the spice section at Whole Foods but I don't think they had the Bob's Red Mill bag (what I'm looking for). What hippy stores should I look at? The takoma park coop? Moms?

I'm using it as a substitute for all purpose flour. We'll see how it goes.

Giant and Safeway have Arrowroot; it's in the spice rack.

Arrorwroot is a thickener, much like cornstarch.

They sell it at Wegmans.
