Being negative all the time, you must get tired of it. Just let some things go...it will be ok.

I just find her to be so positive (and maybe not the strongest but....) it's amazing to see her strength of spirit.

17:28 again...didn't express myself well. I think it's normal for anyone to still think about what should have been and feel sad when you see a child suffering. I guess what I was trying to say is they haven't let the situation derail them. I know a mother who faced the situation we have who left her husband because she felt she couldn't handle raising a child with SN. This couple is facing what is going on instead of running away.

Thanks for sharing the blog. When I have some more free time I will read through the rest of it. As a SN mom with a much less challenging situation, I must say that I have such respect for these parents. I don't know them personally, but based on what I have read and seen on the blog so far they seem like such loving parents and they seem like a beautiful couple inside and out. I love reading about people who rise to the occasion when they face challenges. They have a darling little girl and they are enjoying her rather than ruminating that things should have been a certain way.

I wouldn't say the strongest mom in the world. I personally know of many parents who are struggling with extreme challenges of raising children with physical or mental disabilities. They all have a tremendous amount of courage, but it's not a contest, not even hyperbolically.

Scarlett's a gorgeous little girl, though.
