My 40 hour week takes only 85 hours. I don't work at home and make way less than $145k.

I work a 40 hour work week -- sometimes a bit more and sometimes less when things are slow. I'm a psychologist working for a college. Salary is 65k, which is meh. Benefits are pretty good though, including college tuition assistance for dependents.

2. how much can I expect to make in a role with scaled back hours like that? I assume its at least cutting my salary in half if I were to start doing development for a smaller non profit, which is fine.
This non-profit scam needs to stop, seriously 225k? Thats highway robbery. If your donors knew that they would pull the plug on you ASAP.

Depends on length of experience. I don't know anyone in the nonprofit world that makes that kind of money, fwiw. You could check guidestar.

Dh works a mostly 9-5 job. Abouy once a month or every other month he may work until 7 about a week. He makes about 130k. Undergraduate.
