I'm in Vienna/Fairfax and have used A Better Cleaning Service for 4-5 years now -- found them through Washington Checkbook and I'm very happy with them. We pay $140 every 3 weeks for a 4BR SFH.

We have been using MaidPro and have been happy with them. 3bd/2.5 ba, is about 95 I think. Would love to get someone that will do laundry and whatnot, though.
