When she presented the doctor's note, she was told to go home they were going to contract her once they created a position for her. It has been over two weeks now and she has heard nothing. She has driven to the office, made several calls but they keep telling her to wait. She will be due in about 3 months and it seems like they are trying to frustrate her so that she can just quit cos if they fire here they risk a discrimination lawsuit. She does not have money to hire a lawyer. What steps should she take? Thanks in advance.
