6-6.30. Grew up eating at 6 all the time. Feels unnatural to eat at any other time.

Family dinner at 6 every night.

My kids are a little older. We eat at 7:30 most days (a little later one day because of activities that don't get us all home until 7:45). Get home from work at 6:30, so unwind a little then cook dinner and eat when it's ready which usually ends up being 7:15 to 7:30. Kids go to bed at 9/9:30.

My dd7 and I eat between 6 and 6:30. We've always eaten together. DH eats late due to not getting home, he eats about 9:30.

Between 6-7. DH goes to the gym a couple of times a week and those days we just eat leftovers. I get dd ready for bed before dinner so when she finishes, around 7:30, she can just brush her teeth, get a story and go to bed.

Around 6:30. Kids are picked up at 6.

6. If DH is going to be much later I feed DD and then I eat when DH gets home. He works late a lot so I've gotten good at picking meals that can hold/be warmed. If I feed DD early, she gets what we are having later that night.

As soon as DH gets home. 6:30ish - the kids are positively beside themselves by that point, despite a big, late snack around 4:30.

I tried feeding them earlier, and then me and DH later, but I HATED it. I just felt like I was running a restaurant for 3 hours every day.
