I'm no doctor, but I suggest that you look for counsel on a matter of this severity from professionals, not this forum. Your loved on seems to be in a very dangerous situation. I wish you the best.

I've written before about this situation, but this recent information makes me fear this kid is going to kill himself. Any physicians or other experts who can weigh in on this "cocktail". Just went up to 80mg of methadone from 60. 19 year old. So, so sad.
