Our son has been there since an infant. He has flourished and done fantastic there. The administration is great. Our son runs to school every day. Sometimes I worry if as he gets gets older he should be in a Montesouri situation or something more "educational", but the days are planned, there are tons of activities, including music class and spanish class. I have to say it has been great for our family and I have had chances to put him into other daycare options, but ultimately we have kept him here becaues he is happy and is learning and thriving. It seems every other week there is an early closing or vacation ro staff training, or teacher appreciation week which can take its toll on a working family, but again, on the whole, very happy.

It is not the biggest or slickest of centers, but they get the kids outside a lot, either at the park or the back yard, and there's definitely a happy vibe.

Another KH CP parent here and I totally agree with this post. Our child started in the Infant room and has been very happy there.

I disagree with this. Just because there's a spot doesn't mean you should take it! You should do your research and see what your options are.

We're looking at the Cleveland Park Kinderhaus for our <1 year old. We've already read the mixed reviews about the center on DCUM, but are there any parents who have / have had children at Kinderhaus who could share their perspectives (good + bad)? Thank you!
