I really like this approach. I got a half clued in email from the nurse (who was not present at the incident) saying that my son would tell me about it later. If it required an email from the nurse, then I need all, not part of the information. I actually think the teachers should have called. The nurse is not responsible for what happens on the playground, nor was she there.
