I knew the next day with Baby 2. I didn't feel it, but I bled slightly at implantation. The day after that the morning sickness started.

OP with my second I knew within a day or two. My body immediately kicked into pregnancy mode.

I'm the PP, and I'm a woman with 2 biological kids. You may "know" something from intuition, but the medical fact is that your body is really only alerted to the situation at the time of implantation, when hormones are released.

During the year it took me to conceive my first kid, I pretty much felt pregnancy symptoms every month. Its hard not to to obsess over all kinds of bodily issues when something as major as pregnancy is on your mind.

I knew from the moment it happened. It was an intuition thing. The next morning I felt it even more strongly. I kept thinking it couldn't be right, but low and behold when I took the test a few weeks later I was exactly right.

All of this was completely bizarre to me because I had no idea with #1. I was charting and noticed my temp was going opposite of the way it was supposed to. I didn't believe it even after the little stick had the plus sign. But with #2 I knew instantly.

I don't remember if I just knew I was pregnant or not. However, I will say that although I was taking tests weekly, based on the age of the fetus at our 8 week appt, about three of those negative tests were wrong. Oops.

I was feeling a lot like I did the first time I was pregnant when DS was about 3 mos... But I got a negative test and decided I was either overtired and not eating well, or just so worried about the thought of getting pregnant again so soon (despite double birth control) that it was all in my head..

I've been pregnant twice, and each time I knew pretty much right away, a few days post-ovulation/conception. Each time, it was because my boobs were very sore - and I never, and I mean NEVER, have sore boobs unless I am pregnant. With pregnancy #1, I was also nauseous almost right away (with pg #2, it took a little while to set in).

I don't know your body, but I will say that I had distinct little pinches in my belly just a few days or so after having sex and totally knew I was knocked up.

Ugh. I guess it's technically only been five days since I had sex, so according to the helpful response above, implantation likely wouldn't have occurred, right? I am going to chalk these stomach issues up to not sleeping very many hours in the past three days...

I don't even remember having sex after giving birth to my 22mo old and DC2 is 3 weeks old LOL

I knew right away too. Could just tell by the way I was feeling. You should take a test. I tested early and a very faint line appeared. It subsequently got darker.

I had a similar experience with #2 (only it was more like sex once in 18 months). 10 days later the HPT showed the faintest of lines, the kind you could be imagining if you really wanted to be pregnant, but by 2 weeks or 15 days there was definitely a line!

My first is 9 months old. I have had sex ONE time in 9 months (yeah yeah...I'm tired and it hurts). It's a week later, and I have mysterious stomach ailments and the feeling that my stomach is never "settled" no matter how much I eat, which happens to be the way I felt the first time around during the first trimester. Is it possible to tell you're pregnant moments after conception if you know what it feels like?
