Dinner Done is generally pretty good and they have free delivery once per month if you don't want to assemble the meals yourself.

I love Let's Dish and go to the one in Ashburn. I hope that it does not go out of business. I do not do it regularly, but I'll do it if, say, we have visitors coming into town and I'll need to be providing a lot of meals (I did this for Easter) or if our schedule looks pretty hectic. I don't mind about the things the PPs mentioned (such as egg substitute) and I honestly have never seen canned vegetables there. I have only ever seen frozen, and they look very nice to me, so, I'm not sure why anyone would think they were yucky? Oh well. Diff strokes for diff folks.

I didn't really like them. I'm not a gourmet cook by a long shot, but when I cook, I like to cook relatively healthily with "real ingredients." The Let's Dish meals used egg substitute and canned vegetables, etc.

I used them occassionally..then they went out of business in MC. Surprised they are still around. I'd say they would good for variety and convenience..but not really for fabulous food.

I tried Let's Dish and Dream Dinners and was not impressed with either. I found one or two dishes to be fine and the rest we did not care for at all. I wish I liked them more because I really some help as I do not like cooking!

We have used them for 4 years now. Some thing are very good, other are just ok. You have pretty good selection and can avoid some dishes. A good deal and easy to prepare.

Gross. The ingredients are sub par.

I prefer Dinner Done, if they are still around.

Exactly - healthier than take out, but not better than what I could do on my own. I order it for my DH when I go on travel since he would live on frozen pizza w/o it.

A friend sent a week's worth of meals after I had my baby since she lived long distance and couldn't deliver homemade meals. They were good. Not amazing gourmet, but for pre-made frozen meals they were quite good.

For in-store or delivery?

What is your experience? Should I consider any other companies like this?
