Where is Obama's DC HQ? If anyone knows, TIA! (I've Googled, not finding.)

Yes, door knocking is a regular job for campaign volunteers, but it isn't the only one they can do. And it certainly isn't something that they would be doing alone. Usually in pairs. But there are also jobs on phones, or preparing literature too.

you could sign up on the web site but I'd actually go visit the local campaign HQ. They might be asked to make calls, stuff envelopes, wave signs, door knock, or help out around the HQ.

Not for me, but for my teens. Should they just sign up on a website? If they volunteer, what sorts of things would they be asked to do? When I was a teenager we went door to door with literature. I'm not so comfortable letting my teens do that (they're younger teens). Appreciate any info from people who have worked on a campaign lately. BTW, one teen would probably want to work for Obama, and one for Romney or the libertarian ticket (I have a well-rounded household). Thanks.
