Why don't you just call them and ask?

Because it's Saturday and they are not open, genius.

Oh, I didn't realize it was that urgent a question. And to the other PP: this is the first time on this board I've suggested this - I'm not sure why you assume there could be only one - in your opinion obnoxious - person to make such a suggestion. Geez.

I don't think anyone comes on here with an urgent question - if that was the case then you could just go on and tell every single poster to call their doctor and ask. It was a question I thought of over the weekend and wanted to ask people about. I certainly can call, but if there are other people who know the answers, then why not ask them? Why are you so uptight?

If anyone is uptight, it's you. In this and your other thread. Not being uptight means being able to handle some responses that don't exactly conform to your directions and expectations. Just chill out. And yes, many people here have much more urgent questions, and questions that can't be resolved with a simple phone call to a doctor's office. That doesn't mean it's not ok for you to ask the question you asked - but you gotta be able to handle if people suggest to call the office (and it wasn't just me - contrary to your assumption, I did not post in your other thread).

Seriously, dude, you again? If you don't have anything helpful to say, then just don't say it. Geez.

I recommend Women to Women. They do labs and ultrasounds in house. With my second pregnancy, I had some bleeding around 14dpo and they brought me in for bloodwork and ultrasounds right away. Plus they are great doctors otherwise and right next to VHC.

Elliott/Lashgari did a blood test at 5 weeks for me. They do all ultrasounds there and even have the capability to do NT scans in the office.

Wishing you the best with your pregnancy!

Try Lashgari/Elliott. If you tell them you had a previous MC, they will likely let you in early. I was under the care of an RE at the 5 week point, but I love the practice/docs, and they do ultrasounds and blood work in the office. Good luck to you and Congrats!

What Arlington OBs will see you at 5 weeks to do a blood test?

I'm TTCing again after a miscarriage, but have recently moved from DC to Arlington so I want to switch to a practice in Arlington (where I live and work so obviously much more convenient). I think my former practice was unusual in that they would see you for a blood test/ask questions at five weeks while most practices don't see you until 8-9 weeks. Because of my previous loss I'd really, really like someone in Arlington who will see me the instant I find out I'm pregnant to do a blood test.

Also want to make sure its an office that does ultrasounds and labs in house and that I don't have to somewhere for those (am obviously okay with visiting a MFM for NT and other tests).

Thanks for your recommendations.
