I found the book Property Management for Dummies to be really helpful. Of course you still need to read up on MD and MOCO specific laws, but it was chock full of good tips.

I'm probably going to be renting out my 2 br/2 bath condo soon. This will be my first time as a landlord -- anyone know of some resources so I can read up and prepare myself (and my condo)?
