PP can you give me information on Life Changing Fitness in VA? Specifically what you thought it did for your child? Thanks

You may want to check out Life Changing Fitness in VA. We live in downtown DC and Fitness for Health was just too far for us.

DC has very mild coordination and planning issues. Thankfully due to intensive early intervention, he is pretty "caught" up in all motor areas except for his ability to run. He is 8 years old and still does not really pump his arms. He goes very slowly. The other kids are speeding around him! It is a problem playing tag, soccer, you name it. He can actually run pretty decently but seems to not want to most of the time. Fitness for Health is an option to consider as he is really past the point that a PT or an OT would take him on. Has anyone had this specific issue with their motor planning challenged child, and if so, did Fitness for Health really help with it? Its a schlep for us from the city, and I hesitate to start this unless it is very, very likely to pay off.
