We were recently in Pennsylvania Dutch country and we discovered baked oatmeal. It's great. Make a pan of baked oatmeal (I love brown sugar and walnuts). Then cut into pieces like oatmeal bars and wrap in waxed paper. You can eat it room temp or lightly reheat in the microwave.

Make a big batch of oatmeal on the weekend, package in single-serve containers. Add nuts or canned pumpkin if you like for additional protein/fiber.

Looking for no-cook (or easy to prepare the night before and will still be good), easy breakfast ideas for me to eat at work that are low calorie. One caveat - I dont eat fruit.

Thanks!
