Prep matters and capital educators are both really good. You can also look at Harriet Broders group but they only do verbal so we ended going to prep matters.

We used Huntington Learning Center in Bethesda with very good results. I've also heard good things about Capitol Educators.

My DS is using Capital Educators in Rockville. They are fantastic. My older son also used them and it helped raise his scores significantly.
