Why don't you appeal if you think it matters to her to go and if you think she really belongs in the aap program. I wouldn't tell her that you were appealing, but I'd do what you think is best for her. Do the WISC and put together a good packet and see what happens. If she gets in then she gets to be with her friends and she's challenged. Do the kids all really know about tomorrow and what it's about? My child just thinks he's going to look at a school tomorrow where he's be able to go to since he likes science and they do interesting science projects.
