Kind of a meat grinder -- kids in, kids out, not much communication with the office staff. Our PT would cancel appointments with a week's notice, then shrug her shoulders when it was impossible to find another free spot in the schedule to keep DS on track.
We went there for over a year and our PT never cancelled on us. We had a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if we had to. Yes, it's a busy practice, but aren't the good ones generally busy?
