I would say that the problem is going to be parking and droves of teenagers walking through neighborhoods. Wootton's parking lot couldn't hold 500 cars so the other thousands are going to have to park somewhere. You know that most are going to bring alcohol and or/weed so its going to be a major headache for law enforcement.
