Even if they were giving it away, you could end up with some huge dry rot bill. You'd need an airtight inspection contingency.

It's not a foreclosure and has fallen out of contract once. There's a rental unit, but I don't think it's a secret it's for sale. Why do sellers do this? Red flag?
