I would choose something from Tiffany's or add to my Pandora bracelet.

I would book several spa treatments at The Mandarin Oriental. You can use their workout room and their indoor pool when you go to their spa. The spa itself has a beautiful steam room and a small swimming pool sized hot tub as well.

Definitely a spa day and a delicious meal, finish it off with a delicate dessert!

Hotel room for a night and dinner with friends.
Or designer shoes.

My first thought was a spa day too. And lunch out and maybe a new book.

Agreed. If the OP can't actually even think of something that she wants, it sounds like she's just looking to buy something for the sake of it. It probably won't make her feel tons better anyway.

I am about to get through a tough few weeks, with a DH on extended travel during an insanely busy time at work, as well a major work accomplishment. I want to buy myself a nice splurge gift. I was thinking ipad but am trying to think more broadly. Budget $500 (so the ipad is slightly over). Don't want a new bag or purse. Am thinking a great pair of shoes? Jewelry? Would love any suggestions .
