You might want to see if Sue Abrams serves kids that early. She does Michelle Garcia-Winner's Social Thinking social skills groups. MGW is awesome--it's about teaching your child theory of mind--awareness not only of other people's feelings but also of their thoughts, plans, intentions (as best as one can guess by reading nonverbal cues like gestures and facial expressions).
