I leave at 7:45 and am back home at 4:45. Very short commute, time includes daycare dropoff. He leaves at 7:30 and gets home at 5:45.

I work from home, so no commute and I do daycare drop-off and pickup. DH leaves at 6:00 a.m. and is home by 6:00 p.m. He has a short commute but just has to work a lot.

I leave at 8:25 am and drop kids off at school and then head to work. I get home around 5:45 pm with the kids. DH leaves at 7:45 am and gets home at 6:45 pm.

DH leaves aroundt he same time and we converge at kids school to do pick up together. So he gets home at 6:30 too.

I leave at 7:00 am and am home by 6-6:15 PM. I have an hour long commute and it's awful.
My husband and the baby leave at 7-7:15 AM and are home by 5 PM. He does daycare drop off and pickup, and makes dinner.

I leave the house at 8:00 am and return at 5:15pm. I do daycare drop off on the way to work and pick up on the way home. I have a really short commute (10-15 minutes).
DH leaves at 8am and gets back home usually between 6:15 and 6:45pm.
