10 minute walk poster. This was me when I worked in Midtown Manhattan. I worked in the building next door, 4th floor, and lived on the 26th floor next door. Could not quite do the same in DC unfortunately.

Brookland to Metro Center. 30 minutes at its worst including daycare drop off.

10 minute walk. I pass the gym on the way. It's right at the midpoint between home and office. I can also take the metro but that takes 10 minutes counting walking there. Second stop. Live and work downtown DC.

10-15 minutes by bus to Dupont. Sometimes wait longer for bus than actually ride it!

Walk 5 min to drop baby at daycare and then 10 more minutes to get to work.

North Chevy Chase to downtown Bethesda. Less than 10 minutes with no traffic.

Me: 20 minutes

Live in GP, work in Columbia Heights

When I take the bus it takes about 40 minutes door to door (transferring buses at Dupont)
