I think they are trashy. A small platform to me is on trend but classy, but the giant platforms look silly and slutty IMO.

Me too, but I'm 36. We go out to nice places in DC. I wouldn't wear them to Buffalo Wild Wings in the suburbs.

Some of them look to be about 6 inches high or so. They look like street walking shoes. Really uncomfortable looking.
