OP here. I emailed the registrar as per the poster above suggested and received a response that she is happy to give me the information after the official letters go out.

Some AARTs won't share the file until after the final decisions are made. I'm not sure if there is a county wide policy on this or if it is up to each school/principal/AART.

Do I just email the AART at the school? I don't know her so don't have a relationship there, and I emailed her once before without response but that was the week between CogAt scores and deadline for inpool paperwork so I am sure she was very busy.
