OP here, I explained why I left the 11 month job to her but 4 year jobs don't need explanations in my opinion. That is a sufficient time to stay in an administrative support position.

You can't "win" in a question like this, if you say you want to be in the same position in 5 years it can be seen as not having motivation to move up, if you say you want to be in another position, it looks like you aren't going to stay as the Executive Assistant.
