Ha, forgot all about this. We did go back with a big group. One of the Executive Chefs did the demo and it was great. We went on a Saturday, which is "Luxe" night - crab appetizer and salmon entree that melted in your mouth. But you don't want to know how much butter they used to get the salmon that way.

Definitely worth it. We did drinks at the PX first, so we were really lining Chef Armstrong's pockets that night.

Was hoping someone would have responded as I'm also interested in knowing if it's worth it. Did you end up going after all?

We got to try it during their soft opening when Chef Armstrong was doing the demo. Just wondering if anyone has done it when another chef is doing the demo and what your experience was. We don't do nice, expensive dinners like that very often and I'm trying to decide if we should try and wait until Chef Armstrong is doing it or just go when another chef is.
