Yes, but maybe OP didn't think about another spelling. and she did specifically ask for "other suggestions." Given that OP has a German last name, spelling it Erika would work well. Jewish families also often use Erik/Erika. We were planning on Erika until we learned we were having a boy. Really like Patrick, but not the nn Pat. Anna is pretty and Mary is just not my cup of tea. Kinda like Jane. Congrats on your pregnancy!
