OP, I'm assuming from your questions that your DC is in a private school? DS's public school counselor mailed off the counselor and school forms and transcript to each college where DC applied (in stamped addressed envelopes that we provided). If I can think of anything else, I'll post later.

How did the counselors help you and your child throughout the college application process -- from helping you develop a list of schools to visit, through completing the applications, to sorting through the acceptances and rejections?
