Yes - this happens to me every year. I feel the allergies, tiredness, run down, and before I know it those things have turned into a full on head cold and cough. It's hard to distinguish where one starts and one stops.

I'm right there with you. I feel extremely run down and my throat is sore from the pnd.

What do people take either OTC or prescription?

This year I've joined the ranks of seasonal allergy sufferers. Although I'm not taking any allergy medicine, I also notice that I am extremely tired and achy these days. Are the two thing possibly related?
