Depends how long your storing things. If it happens pretty quickly, I would get a freezer safe thermometer to test the actual temperature. You may also want to make sure that the door closes properly, e.g., gasket seal works and not letting air in.

The food in my freezer seems to get freezer burn, enen when I use the freezer zip-lock bags and snap-shut Tupperware. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? How do you successfully store things in the freezer?
