Fold by hand whip cream (you can use cool whip) and nutella and you have chocolate hazelnut mousse.

I wouldn't use a blender instead of a mixer b/c it will most likely over process whatever your making. Just use a whisk and do it the old fashion way--by hand.

Also, can I use a blender as a replacement in a recipe calling for a mixer?
