Any dessert at all. I don't have a mixer or blender or cuisinart or anything. I have hands and spoons and whisks. Give it a try -- it's good exercise!

brownies don't require a mixer- most recipes require hand stiring.

Fold by hand whip cream (you can use cool whip) and nutella and you have chocolate hazelnut mousse.

I wouldn't use a blender instead of a mixer b/c it will most likely over process whatever your making. Just use a whisk and do it the old fashion way--by hand.
