It also bugs me that Redfin does not display price changes when a realtor delists, and then relists the property. It only lists the new price, so you can't see where the house started. If you don't have Redfin, which lists all of these delistings and relistings by date, you might be fooled.
Redfin is by far my favorite real estate site, so I'm sticking with it despite it's flaws. I do use Sawbuck for it's real time alerts, though, which Redfin doesn't offer yet.
