In Silver Spring, but the brunch at 8407 Kitchen Bar is wonderful! Went there for Mother's Day last year. Delicious food, family friendly brunch. My mother still raves that it was the best brunch.

The Omni Shoreham Hotel has a decent easter brunch with an egg hunt for the kids.

Not sure what level of fancy you're looking for or what type of food, but we have had wonderful brunches at Blue Duck Tavern with our kids. They have coloring pages and crayons, and the staff is incredibly nice to (well-behaved) kids. Be sure to make a reservation.
