You would see that a disproportionate amount of Married Men are going after other Married Men.

Although I wonder if part of that is that the men admit it and and women don't

I am a married man.

Are you a SAHM?
How do you get it discreet?
Have you been involved with anyone within your family's group of friends?
So what are your rules of engagement?

I'm a married woman. I would only go after a married man, because what I want is sex, not a new husband.

I think there are more married men hitting on single women then there are single women going after married men. Wild speculation, I know!

Why do you ask OP? You want one or are you hunting for one? I don't believe the sister in law story.

But if this IS true. Something happened in her family that has lead her to believe this is permissibly and presumably your husband was exposed to the same event. Thus... You may want to monitor your husband a little more closely.

P.S. I hardly ever go on Facebook. I don't like it.

I'm the PP and yes sometimes Facebook acts funky and deletes friends or accepts friend requests in mysterious ways. This is someone I went to school with but did not recall. What happened was I had a bunch of unanswered friend requests, including from several people I absolutely did not want to be friends with and also this fellowl, and one day with my doing nothing they were my friends, about 10 people.

Separately, I have a friend who had a bunch of friends get unfriended and she never understood why.

So yes funky stuff happens.

And I am not unfriending him. He was on a roll last summer and after I established he was married I told him to stop flirting and we stopped communicating directly and that's that. If he'd persisted I would have unfriended him.

I knew his work took him to DC (we met at another part of the country) and that seeing him would be wrong. I currently have another one on Facebook who is pursuing me. I'm not responding to him, either. (I'm not clear how we become friends on Facebook.) If you've been single for a long time, it gets tempting. That's the reality.

This is nonsensical. How can you not know how you became friends with someone on FB? You either friend that person, or he friends you. You don't remember this?

Do you know him independently of FB?

Agree, you can't become friends with someone unless you do something to make it happen. And you can always UNfriend or block people too. Sounds like you're not really trying to avoid it.

Agree with 16:15. I travel a lot for work and it's more common than not that a married man will hit on me. Happened on Friday when I was checking into the United lounge. I'm single and always say no, but it is very tempting sometimes.

I've never been involved with one, would never do it and just don't understand women who do. My ex-sister in law was seeing one and said pathetically "this is my last chance." Why would you ever want another women's husband?
