I am getting my immune testing done right now and have dealt with Crystal. She's wonderful! I can get her on the phone when I need to and she emails me promptly.

I agree that Crystal is great! I liked Sharon in Bethesda as well! I did have IVF in Bethesda,with a super result named Brendan!

Marcia is very good and has years of experience in the field. I believe she is also Columbia's Director of Nursing.

I've only dealt with Crystal in the Bethesda and she is great! I did not have IVF though so I can't speak to how good she is for that.
