Clay cafe in Falls Church - it gets crowded on weekends sometimes but I think you can make an appointment. Several lunch spots nearby too.

There is a place in the same shopping center as the Petsmart in Chantilly.

There is also one at Fairfax Corner. Next to Ben & Jerry's and Arhaus.

there is a place in the heart of Fairfax... I think it is "Color Me Mine" or something like that. However, taking a toddler to a place like this might not work out too well. Could I suggest going to Michael's Crafts and getting a paint/pottery kit. It is going to be a lot cheaper and for what you want, it's probably a lot better logisitcally. A toddler in a place with a ton of breakable stuff is not a good mix.

I'd like to take my toddler to pick out a few pieces and paint as gifts. Can anyone recommend a place like this? The closer to Vienna, the better. Thanks!
