Nuts! Almonds/walnuts are great. Filling and healthy.

Eggs - omelets with cheese and spinach?

Chili over brown rice is your friend. I did several chili variations.

a taco salad always filled me up and kept the blood sugar low. as long as you don't eat too much of the shell. chicken or beef, low fat sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.

Peanut butter, cheese and crackers. Apple slices and grapes. I found there was one organic icecream sandwich that I could eat right before going to bed that would hold me over and not spike sugars. Protein will be your friend but do not forget to eat carbs and do a keytone stick evry morning if you dont get carbs it can be bad for the baby. Good luck, it is hard but yiu can do it!

I would eat a Fiber 1 bar in the peanut butter flavor every afternoon. That particular bar didn't spike my blood sugar too much. I would sometimes smear extra peanut butter on the bar as well.

I usually do a huge salad for lunch with a piece of bread and milk - dinner is grilled meat, brown rice, lots of veggies (add butter for fat), milk and fruit - breakfast eggs with a piece of whole wheat toast
triscuits with melted cheese stick on them and cottage cheese with berries are my go to snacks

String cheese sticks. Easy, filling, yummy and no carbs.

I ate ice cream a lot as my late night snack.

Steak or chicken on top of salad is another good meal.

My wife found that lean steak or another protein rich meal was good for her. We did a lot of roasts and kebabs. Also I seem to remember cheesecake as being an ok treat sometimes versus other sweets.
