If you consider Foggy Bottom metro to be near the Kennedy Center (it's a pretty quick walk), there's Roti Mediterranean grill on I st. between 23rd and 22nd. There's also Circa, which I love, but it's less casual. there's also a few food places at 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, but that's a few blocks further away.
