When choosing dairy-free options just be aware of all the additives and preservatives as they can be truly over processed and unhealthy. Coconut milk is a great option as it is pure and extremely healthy. I'm not sure if you're into making things at home but almond milk is easy to make and hemp milk even easier! Finally, coconut milk kefir is a seriously delicious and healthy option for everyone. The process of making this is super simple but a little more involved.
