No, it isn't. I find the "universal" tag irritating, because colors never are.

I like Bobbi Brown Nude Pink, and a smaller brush might help you target placement. Also, were you outside? If you're pale like me, wind and cold will noticeably redden your skin for quite a while.

just looked at myself in the mirror and my face is all red! i am fair skinned with freckles and am currently using bobbi brown illuminating bronzing powder in antigua. I put more on because it doesn't last through the day but it always make me look so red. any recommendations for colors/brands/type of blush that you love? thanks
