It's awesome. Very handy. You can do skinny fries or fatter British style chips.
We also use a deep fryer for more crispy, tastier results.

It could not be easier. I peel and cut potatoes into strips and throw them on a non-stick cookie sheet with a pile of salt, and sometimes some paprika. Cook til its as crispy as you like it!

Can you recommend your tool to cut potatoes in the french fries style?
