Or rather, you can refreeze meat that was properly thawed (i.e. not thawed on the kitchen counter)

I had some frozen meatloaf muffins in the freezer and took some out Wednesday night to thaw for Thursday nights dinner. It is now Friday afternoon and I still have a thawed meatloaf in my fridge. Is it safe to eat today?
