Another person who finds this works for her.
If I eat 1-2 oz of good cheese for lunch, some almonds, and an apple, I'm full for
hours. The thought of finding a "low-calorie" food to consume subsequently doesn't enter my mind. Ergo, when I go to bed at 10 pm, my grand tally for the day is LESS than if I spent the day shoveling popcorn, rice cakes and no-cal Jello and the like into my face all day long.
