Okay, I found a creole seasoning recipe online and I improvised from there - garlic powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt and ground pepper. Also called for onion powder but I don't have that. Hmmm....we will see!

Just a basic tomato based veggie soup - I don't have creole. It calls for salt, pepper, creole. Can I do cayenne pepper and chili powder? I have some poultry seasonings and other basic spices. Also have hot sauce?
